Multipliers & comb generators:
GrayStone Industries custom multipliers and comb generators are used in applications where high spectral purity is a prime consideration. Typical applications include local oscillator multiplier chains, direct frequency synthesizers, built-in test/calibration capability, and generation of phase-locked system reference frequencies.GrayStone Industries multipliers and comb generators are used in commercial, military, and space applications.

VCOs:
GrayStone Industries offers low noise bipolar transistor VCOs for general purpose and demanding applications. Standard product offerings include narrow, linear tuning models along with octave-bandwidth tuning models. Low phase noise designs are available in thru-hole and surface-mount packages. Applications include defense, homeland security, telecommunications and general purpose synthesis.

Switches & Switch Assemblies:
GrayStone Industries switch products utilize silicon and GaAs PIN diode, Schottky diode, and GaAs MMIC technologies. Typical applications include antenna switching, receive band switching, transmit/receive switches, communication and LO blanking switches. Multi-pole, multi-throw switch configurations are available with frequency coverage up to 26 GHz. |
